Nigerian gospel singer, Mercy Chinwo has finally tied the knot with her fiance Pastor Blessed Uzochikwa, as the couple sealed their union with a court wedding.

Recalling that the couple had earlier held their traditional wedding marriage ceremony in Port Harcourt on 18th July 2022.

Sharing beautiful photos from her wedding introduction, Mercy Chinwo revealed that the union with Pastor Blessed was a testimony of God’s grace.

She stated that she was indeed blessed to have him and also affirmed her love for him.

“A testimony of God’s grace. Introduction done and dusted. Mercy is indeed blessed. I love you sweet”.

They took to their respective Instagram accounts to share photos from the ceremony.

Mercy took to her page to share the latest update: “To God be the Glory. Great things He has done. Forever to go with you Sweet @theofficialblessed”.

Mercy Chinwo who is also a songwriter won the Nigerian Idol in 2012 and a year after winning, she landed her first film role in Yvonne Nelson’s film, House of Gold where she acted as Lucia, starring alongside Yvonne Nelson, Majid Michel, and Omawumi among others.

The film House of Gold won Best Picture at the Ghana Movie Awards and Best Ghanaian Movie at the 2013 City People.
