Bishop David Oyedepo, founder of Living Faith Church Worldwide, has reiterated his commitment to building 1,000 churches, a goal he says has been part of his vision for many years.

Speaking at the church’s headquarters in Ota, Ogun State, Bishop Oyedepo shared that his pledge was made early in his ministry. “Before I had a bank account, I made a covenant with God,” he told his congregation. “If I am ever blessed, I want to contribute to building new churches.”

Bishop David Oyedepo, the leader of Winners Chapel, which has expanded internationally, emphasized that his goal is driven by faith rather than financial ambition. He also encouraged his followers to use their resources to support religious and community initiatives.
