Tye Tribbett has released the music video to “Walk By Faith” featuring PJ Morton on the 14th of December 2022.Tye Tribbett’s video premiered on BET Gospel and the Paramount Times Square Billboard. It was directed by Tye Tribbett and his wife Shanté Tribbett and produced by A ChekTheCredits Production.Last month it was announced that Tye Tribbett earned two nominations for the 65th Annual GRAMMY Awards in the following categories: Best Gospel Album and Best Gospel Performance/Song. This marked Tribbett’s 12th career nomination.Released in July via Motown Gospel, All Things New is Tye Tribbett’s trailblazing new album that encapsulates the ways he honours the musical tradition in which he operates, all the while continuously redefining and stretching its limits within a modern musical landscape.Tribbett follows the through line between gospel, funk and hip-hop, illustrating the way one flows into another and illuminates the connective tissue amongst them, all in both energy and heritage.Tyrone “Tye” Tribbett is an American gospel music singer, songwriter and keyboardist. He is the choir director and founder of the Grammy-nominated and Stellar Award-winning gospel group Tye Tribbett & G.A.His father is Bishop Thomas Tyrone Tribbett, a former pastor and his mother is Neicy Tribbett, a minister as well as a disc jockey in the Philadelphia and New York area of the United States.He toured with Faith Hill in 2000, leading to work with Will Smith, Usher, Don Henley, Justin Timberlake, and Sting.He has since released five albums. The album “Greater Than” was released on August 6, 2013, and earned him two Grammy awards.
