According to Pastor Daniel Olawande, what keeps a man relevant in ministry are not the big or complex things but they are small things. “It is the small things that are done over time that makes a great man,” he said.He continued, “Every great man is a product of a great habit, and it is consistency that makes a habit great. Consistency is the key to relevance.The youth evangelist added, “There is a receiving of a ministry and a fulfilling of the ministry. Until you take heed of the ministry you cannot fulfil the ministry. It is not enough for you to receive a ministry, You need to take heed and give careful attention to your spiritual life in order for you to fulfil ministry and remain relevant.“When a man is in the will of God he will be relevant to heaven and to humanity.”

Fondly called P. Daniel, Pastor Dr Daniel Olawande is an ordained Minister in the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), and Lead Pastor at the Afternoon Church, RCCG Living Seed Church, Ikorodu.

From a family of Pastors, he hails from Ekiti State, Nigeria and was born on 8th August 1991 to the family of Pastor and Pastor Mrs Olawande. He is a dynamic and inspirational preacher of God’s word called with the mandate to set men on fire for God in all spheres of influence and to raise a burning generation. His influence has spread beyond the boundaries of his local church as He is an internationally sought-after speaker at churches, conventions & conferences.Pastor Daniel currently serves as the RCCG Youth Evangelist and he is the current National Youth President, of the Redeemed Christian Church of God.He coordinates the National Youth Representative Council (NYRC) as well, and he is a National Executive of the Pastor’s Seed Family (PSF), where he serves as the National Representative for Region 26 Ikorodu Lagos.He is also the President of Inspired Team International and the Director of the Flaming Network.
