The Covenant Nation had the Grand Opening of their new venue, 1^st Avenue beside I-fitness gym, FESTAC Town on Sunday, June 18^th, 2023.The Grand Opening was hosted by the Senior Pastor, Pastor Poju Oyemade and his wife Pastor Toyin Oyemade.The event started with Prayers and then Praise to God for the expansion of his church. The caption on their Instagram Handle goes thus ‘the moment when we lost it in praise and with worship to the one who made all this happen’.The Worship session at the new venue in FESTAC was filled with Prayer, Praise and Dance to God and the Praise session was led by Buchi Atuonwu, popularly known as Buchi, a Nigerian reggae gospel artist.A lot of people turned out for the Grand Opening. The service was awesome and mind-blowing and the atmosphere was charged with God’s presence as it was beyond people’s expectations.‘The Church has a Church feel’ was one of the comments of the Engineer about the Church building.The Covenant Nation was dedicated on March 30^th 1994, it was consecrated by Bishop David Oyedepo. The Covenant Nation exist to bless the local community, city and nation in which she is planted.
