Tasha Cobbs Leonard has announced her double GRAMMY nominations for the 2026 awards. The gospel sensation received nods for Best Gospel Album for her studio debut, “TASHA”, and Best Gospel Performance/Song for her collaboration with John Legend, “Church”.

This marks her 11th GRAMMY nomination, solidifying her position as one of the most celebrated gospel artists of our time. Tasha Cobbs Leonard took to Instagram to express her gratitude, saying, “Y’all… I’m just sitting here just grateful. To find out that TASHA and CHURCH are nominated for GRAMMY Awards today is honestly humbling”.

“TASHA” is Tasha’s first studio album, following over a decade of live recordings. Produced by her husband, Kenneth Leonard Jr., the project blends gospel, R&B, pop, hip-hop, and bluegrass, showcasing Tasha’s signature vocals and storytelling.

The album debuted at #1 on Billboard’s Top Gospel Albums chart, and its lead single, “Do It Anyway”, topped both the Billboard Gospel Airplay and Mediabase Gospel charts
