The Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN) has reopened its first branch in Ondo State, Nigeria.

The church is situated in Akure, the capital of Ondo State, and was built on more than five hectares of land. It has a capacity of over 6,000 worshippers and cost millions of naira to construct. The founder of the church, the late Prophet Temitope Joshua, was originally from Ondo State.

The reopening ceremony was attended by the state’s Governor, Rotimi Akeredolu, who was represented by his Deputy Governor, Lucky Ayedatiwa. In his speech, Governor Akeredolu commended the vision of SCOAN and congratulated its leadership Pastor Mrs Joshua for her perseverance in reinforcing the legacy of the founder.

He also commended SCOAN members worldwide for their laudable efforts and commitment to reopening its branch in Ondo.

The church’s leadership, Pastor Mrs Joshua, stated that the opening of the Akure branch was out of the divine command to expand for the fulfillment of Christ’s mission on earth. She expressed her belief that this new branch would help to spread Christ’s message and evangelism to a wider audience.

Governor Akeredolu emphasized the importance of the church in individual life and nation-building. He stated that the moral character moldings, love, peace, and unity preached by the church are cardinal principles of true nation building. With the new branch in Akure, many lives will be turned around, he said.

The reopening of the Synagogue Church of All Nations in Ondo State is a significant event for the community and will provide an opportunity for people to worship closer to home.

The church’s leadership hopes that this new branch will help to spread Christ’s message and bring salvation, healing, deliverance, and God’s abundant blessings to the people of Ondo State.
