RCCG Invests N61 Billion in Nationwide Projects – Pastor Adeboye

By MO

The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), led by Pastor Enoch Adeboye, has disclosed that it has committed a remarkable sum of N61 billion to various intervention projects around Nigeria. This is a big step towards community development. At the official opening of the Enoch and Folu Adeboye Dialysis Centre on Monday, at the Immanuel General Hospital in the Eket Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom, Pastor Adeboye made this declaration. The Intercontinental Overseer for Christian Social Responsibility at RCCG, Pastor Idowu Iluyomade, spoke on behalf of Adeboye, who said that the recently opened dialysis facility is now outfitted with three cutting-edge dialysis machines, a water treatment plant, and a sturdy 130 KVA generator.Pastor Adeboye showed great interest in increasing dialysis facilities’ accessibility throughout the occasion. He called on the Commissioner of Health and other relevant parties to open a dialysis facility in every federal district in the state. In order to end the requirement for residents to travel significant distances for dialysis treatments, he underlined the significance of completing ten dialysis clinics by June 2024.The pastor specifically demanded that a thorough training programme be implemented throughout the state’s 10 federal constituencies for the employees allocated to these locations.Prof. Augustine Umoh, the state commissioner of health, spoke to the group and underlined the value of dialysis in treating kidney diseases. He emphasised that dialysis machines had earlier been provided by the state government to the General Hospital in Awa Onna LGA, and the Ibom Specialist Hospital in Uyo.By taking this action, RCCG is demonstrating its commitment to social responsibility and working to improve healthcare accessibility throughout Nigeria. This large investment shows how committed the church is to increasing public access to essential medical services, especially in areas where there are now few such facilities.ALSO READ: Franklin Graham Donates 21 Ambulances to Israel
