The Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN) is set to celebrate its 40th anniversary with a grand three-day conference in Abuja. The event, scheduled to take place from February 12 to 14, will be held at the Glory Dome of Dunamis International Gospel Centre, a 100,000-seater auditorium.

The announcement was made by the Senior Pastor of Dunamis International Gospel Centre, Paul Enenche, who emphasized the significance of the gathering. “This is a moment of spiritual renewal and unity for Pentecostal believers,” he stated.

Founded in 1985, the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria serves as the umbrella body for Pentecostal churches in Nigeria and is one of the five blocs of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN). The conference, endorsed by PFN President Wale Oke, will feature a lineup of renowned Pentecostal leaders as speakers and ministers. Among them are Enoch Adeboye of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), David Oyedepo of Winners Chapel, William Kumuyi of Deeper Life, and Daniel Olukoya of Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries (MFM).

Other notable speakers include Ayo Oritsejafor of Word of Life Bible Church, Mike Okonkwo of The Redeemed Evangelical Mission, Margaret Idahosa of Church of God Mission (CGM), David Ibiyomie of Salvation Ministries, and Sam Aboyeji of FourSquare Gospel Church. The event will also feature worship sessions led by celebrated gospel artists such as Nathaniel Bassey, Dunsin Oyekan, Solomon Lange, and Prospa Ochimana.

In preparation for the conference, the Glory Dome has undergone significant renovations to accommodate the thousands expected to attend. Pastor Enenche encouraged Pentecostal Christians nationwide to be part of the gathering, emphasizing its importance. “This is a great blessing for all. It will be a week of divine encounters,” he said.

The Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria has been led by seven presidents since its inception, beginning with James Boyejo of FourSquare Gospel Church (1985-1992), followed by Enoch Adeboye (1992-1995), Benson Idahosa of Church of God Mission (1995-1998), and Mike Okonkwo of The Redeemed Evangelical Mission (1998-2005), among others.

The 40th anniversary celebration of the PFN promises to be a significant event, bringing together Pentecostal Christians from across Nigeria for a time of worship, fellowship, and spiritual growth.
