On Monday, Pastor Jimmy Odukoya and associate Senior Pastor Tolu Odukoya-Ijogun celebrated one month of their installation into new pastoral offices.The duo were installed on September 30, 2023, 21 days after their late father Pastor Taiwo Odukoya, the church’s founder, was buried.Marking the one-month anniversary, the church shared a video on Instagram containing key moments from the installation ceremony which the bishop of The Redeemed Evangelical Mission (TREM) Mike Okonkwo presided over. Okonkwo was the late Odukoya’s spiritual father.The video also captured when Bishop Wale Oke said that Pastors Jimmy and Tolu had shown that the late Odukoya and wife Bimbo were alive.The church captioned the video, “It’s a month since their installation and we are grateful to God for the gift of our Senior Pastor, Pastor Jimmy Odukoya, and our Associate Senior Pastor Pastor Tolu Odukoya, to us.“It’s indeed a season of new beginnings and accelerated growth in the Kingdom. The Church is marching on and the name of the Lord will continually be glorified.”Before this, Pastor Tolu Odukoya-Ijogun, the first daughter of the late founder of The Fountain of Life Church, Pastor Taiwo Odukoya, had said that she had been running away from the role of associate senior pastor.Pastor Tolu stated this in an Instagram post after her installation as associate senior pastor of the church.Pastor Tolu Odukoya, gospel singer and preacher urged the public to keep praying for her and Pastor Jimmy, adding that she has given herself to be used by the Holy Spirit.“To say a big Thank you for all the prayers and words of encouragement.… there’s only one thing you can do when confronted with difficult times: Move Forward deepsigh.… ‘ASP’..
