Renowned worship leader and Pastor William McDowell has shared a powerful testimony after surviving a shocking car accident involving a massive black bear. The incident occurred as McDowell was driving home after dropping off his children at school, a routine morning that nearly turned fatal.

According to Pastor William McDowell, the bear suddenly ran out of the woods and collided with his vehicle, leaving the car totaled and deploying all airbags. Miraculously, McDowell walked away without serious injury. “I didn’t even have time to swerve or hit the brakes,” he wrote on Instagram. “All of my airbags deployed and my car is totaled! It was the largest black bear I’ve ever seen. The craziest part is the bear ran off!”

Pastor William McDowell described the experience as a “demonic attempt” on his life, but one that ultimately failed. Quoting Psalm 34:7, he expressed deep gratitude for divine protection: “I cannot be silent anymore. I have to testify because it FAILED!”
