Pastor Emmanuel Iren recently declared that Nigeria’s security system is “amongst the best in the world.”

Pastor Iren, founder of Celebration Church International, emphasized that Nigeria’s security infrastructure is highly capable, especially when responding to individuals with social or financial influence. “Be a rich person in trouble. Drop money and see, they will bring the thief for you,” he said. 

Pastor Emmanuel Iren clarified that his praise was not blind to the system’s flaws. Rather, he pointed out that the real issue lies in the uneven distribution of justice. According to Pastor Emmanuel Iren, wealth and status often determine the speed and effectiveness of security responses, leaving marginalized communities vulnerable to violence and neglect.
