Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, founder of Christ Embassy Church, delivered a message urging men to treat their wives with deeper care, empathy, and understanding.

Speaking during a live broadcast to his congregation, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome stated the importance of nurturing relationships within marriage. He advised men to view their wives not merely as partners or equals, but as their “first daughters,” a perspective he believes fosters patience and grace.

“When you take her as your daughter, you are more likely to show grace, to be patient, and to overlook faults,” Pastor Oyakhilome said. “If you take her as your mate, you would be offended at the things she does because you would expect more from her. But when you see her as your daughter, you become more gracious and understanding”.
