The logo and theme for this year’s Holy Ghost Congress have been released by the General Overseer Worldwide of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye.He unveiled the theme and logo for the 2023 Holy Ghost Congress, which is the 25th, on his X page recently.Pastor Adeboye wrote: “It’s 40 days to go till the start of the 25th anniversary of the Holy Ghost Congress with the theme ‘Divine Repositioning’.“Get ready because God is about to reposition you from your current level to a much higher level.“He’s about to take you to a higher ground.“He’s about to announce your name to a global audience.“Be expectant!”The Holy Ghost Congress started in 1998 with Lekki ’98 tagged DIVINE VISITATION. Miracles, signs and wonders of the Holy Ghost Service have contributed immensely to the massive growth and amazement that the church is today. The church is now in more than 180 nations with over 20,000 parishes and 220 provinces in Nigeria alone.The Holy Spirit inspired the birth of the Redeemed Campus Fellowship for students in Nigerian universities. This forum is now big, strong and spiritually viable. Recently, Pastor Adeboye has directed that the Redeemed Campus Staff Fellowship (RCSF) should begin at the University of Lagos and from there hopefully spread to other universities in Nigeria and beyond.Initially, the annual convention and Holy Ghost Service used to be held at the national headquarters in Ebute Metta. The need arose for a campground with larger space, which the church thought they had found at Ajebo, currently occupied by another living church.The members and leaders of RCCG prayed and quoted scriptures to possess the land but the Holy Spirit answered differently.
