Pastor Adeboye Receives Honorary Award From EKSU

Pastor Enoch Adeboye has been awarded the honorary degree of the Ekiti State University during its 28th Convocation.Before the event, Professor Edward Olanipekun, the Vice Chancellor of the institution, revealed that Pastor Adeboye will be conferred with a Doctor of Science (Honoris Causa), while one of the richest women in Nigeria, Folorunso Alakija will also be awarded the Doctor of Business Administration (Honoris Causa).The vice chancellor also stated that over 10,000 students would be graduating from the University, as some will be awarded the Diploma, First Degree, Postgraduate Diploma and Higher Degrees.“The breakdown of the graduands shows that a total of 91 bagged First Class, 3262 for Second Class Upper Division, 6411 for Second Class Lower Division, 747 for Third Class and 4 for Pass,” he said.Also Read: K-Anthony Wins Gospel Album of the Year At Juno Awards
