The General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Pastor E. A Adeboye will lead other notable ministers of God to preside over the church’s annual International Youth Convention, billed for October.

Speakers at the event with the theme, “Shine Forth”, are expected to focus on topics that would add value to the individual youth’s personal growth, development and purposeful Christian Life, that would impact society, with an unimpeachable Christ-like glow.

According to the statement by the church, apart from Pastor Adeboye, other ministers of God expected to speak at the event are Pastor (Mrs) Folu Adeboye, wife of the General Overseer of RCCG, Pastor Matthew Ashimolowo of Kings International Christian Centre, Apostle Joshua Selman of Eternity Network International and Pastor Belemina Obunge, Intercontinental Youth Pastor of the church, who would be the host minister.

The convention would also feature Pastor Nathaniel Bassey, a gospel artiste, who would be ministering in songs.

Pastor Obunge said that participants at the convention will benefit greatly from the rich experiences and grace of all the pastors billed to minister at the convention, who have been shining forth in their various ministerial assignments in the vineyard of the Lord.

The organisers revealed that the convention would kick off with an opening ceremony at 6pm on October 3, 2022.

According to the programme of events, there would also be special seminars, workshops and other events, which would take place from 8am daily, except Friday, October 7, 2022, which will be the monthly Holy Ghost Service of the Mission at 6pm.
