Pastor Adeboye has announced a nationwide prayer aimed at seeking divine intervention for Nigeria’s struggling economy.

The prayer session, themed “Divine Intervention,” is scheduled to take place during RCCG’s July 2025 Thanksgiving service at the church’s national headquarters in Oyingbo, Lagos.

Speaking through his Special Assistant on Administration, Pastor Dele Balogun, Pastor Adeboye spoke about the power of faith in overcoming national challenges. “Our nation, like many others, is going through difficult times,” Pastor Adeboye said. “But these challenges are surmountable by faith, if we do not entertain doubt”.

He has urged Nigerians to shy away from negative narratives and instead embrace hope and faith-based declarations. “Nigeria needs a transformation into the realm of divine opportunities,” he added.
