“Mountain Top Chorale”, one of the Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries choir groups, “Mountain Top Chorale”, bagged a gold medal at the 2024 World Choir Games in New Zealand.

The general overseer of the Mountain of Fire and Miracles church, Dr Daniel Olukoya, said it was an opportunity for the choir to represent Nigeria and showcase indigenous music and his own compositions.

He congratulated and celebrated the choir team via his Instagram page, “The MFM Mountain Top Chorale, representing Nigeria, joined over 11,000 singers from more than 30 countries in Auckland, New Zealand for the largest choral competition, the 2024 World Choir Games.

“They competed and won a gold medal in Category C19 – Contemporary Music Mixed Voices and earned 88.13 points, awarding a GOLD MEDAL.

“Their performance featured “Ekiti Medley,” composed by Dr. Daniel Olukoya and arranged by @seunowoaje a medley of warfare and battle-ready songs designed to invigorate the spirit man. Congratulations to the @mountaintopchorale”
