Hollywood actor and comedian Kel Mitchell, known for his role in the hit Nickelodeon series Kenan & Kel, shared that his daughter, Wisdom, got baptized on her eighth birthday.

The ceremony took place at Spirit Food Christian Centre, where Mitchell now serves as a youth pastor.

In a video posted to Instagram, Mitchell is seen gently baptizing Wisdom in a pool, visibly moved to tears. “This weekend you gave me the greatest gift, I watched you get baptized and I cried tears of joy,” he wrote in the caption. “A moment I’ll never forget”.
