Ireland’s boxing sensation Katie Taylor has proclaimed Jesus Christ as the “greatest of all time”.

The legendary boxer, known for her impressive record and numerous championships, expressed her deep faith in a recent interview with Irish network RTE.

Taylor, a devout Christian, credited Jesus with giving her strength and motivation both inside and outside the ring. She attends St. Mark’s Church in Dublin, an Assemblies of God congregation, and often incorporates her faith into her public appearances.

“I believe he’s the greatest of all time,” Katie Taylor said, becoming emotional while discussing her faith. Her comments have resonated with fans and fellow athletes, including Conor McGregor, who shared her interview on social media, praising her as a “hero”.

Taylor’s faith has been a cornerstone of her career, with her often reading Psalm 18, a “warrior Psalm,” before fights. Her devotion has inspired many, solidifying her reputation as a role model and ambassador for the sport
