Pastor Chukwudi David Ogbueli was born on 28th April, 1968 in Alor, Anambra, Idemili South, in Anambra State, Nigeria, to Mr. Justin and Mrs. Felicia Ogbueli.He is a Nigerian pastor, minister and the General Overseer of Dominion City Church, one of the fastest growing Pentecostal Ministries in Abuja, Nigeria.
