You are welcome to this month of great wonders. In this ninth month of this great year ofÃ‚Â our case is different, I decree that you bring forth your breakthroughs and awesome testimonies this time. All that you have desired since the year began would be made manifest this month.As the year keeps unfolding, with so many packages still in store for you, it is important to examine yourself in the Lord. The bible says:Ã‚Â Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves. Know ye not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobates?Ã‚Â (2 Corinthians 13:5)There is a need to check your spiritual growth. What are your experiences? Are you still at the same spot you were two years or months ago when you got born again? Are you still confronted with the same challengesÃ¢â‚¬Â¦?Every child of God is expected to grow, just as the natural child grows daily. Salvation is a birth into a growing life. When you accept Jesus as your personal Lord and Saviour, you are born into the family of God as a baby. Therefore, you are expected to advance from babyhood to adulthood and beyond, spiritually.Some people think being born again is the highest and thatÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s where everything stops. Contrary to that, itÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s where it all begins. It is supposed to be a journey to a world of unending growth. This means continuous positive changes.As a mother, I am aware that no parent takes pride in a child that does not grow. The desire of every parent is to see the positive and rapid development of their ward. If growth is required in the natural, it is even required much more in the spiritual.However, in the spiritual, just as we grow through good nutrition, there are nutritional elements that we must partake of to grow.Major Spiritual Nutrition for Growth includes:

The Word: Every spiritual nutrient you need to grow from baby to adulthood and even till death is found in the Bible. Your Christian growth and maturity is absolutely dependent on your intake and practice of GodÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s Word. The Bible is your spiritual diet for a robust Christian life. It is written:

As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby:Ã‚Â (1 Peter 2:2)You must understand that GodÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s Word (Bible) is GodÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s personal message to you. It contains instructions, directions, correction, encouragements etc, for your daily living and development.All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:Ã‚Â (2 Timothy 3:16)God is so mindful of you that He gave you His Word to build and sustain you. You must study, meditate, commit to heart and act on it accordingly if you must move upwards in the spiritual ladder. Why do you need to study the Bible?

It is your primary weapon of warfare. Life is a battlefield (1 Timothy 6:12), however you can be more than a conqueror if you equip yourself daily with the weaponry of sound understanding of GodÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s Word. For it is written:

For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart(Hebrews 4:12).

It delivers your inheritance. Your inheritance in Christ which includes all that makes for life and godliness are delivered through your knowledge of GodÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s Word (2 Peter 1:3).
It cleanses. The Bible has a cleansing power; it has the ability to wash and re-programme all that your sinful nature has written on your mind (Ephesians 5:26).
It establishes your freedom. GodÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s Word is the only true source of total liberty and freedom. It is an open door to freedom in all areas of life (John 8:32).

However, spirituality and growing spiritually would be strange to you if you have not built a foundation with Christ. Being born again, that is accepting Jesus as personal Lord and Saviour of your life is where it all begins.If you have not asked Jesus to come into your life or may have neglected your initial love for Him, then you should say this prayer in faith:Dear Lord Jesus, I come to You today. I believe You died and rose again for my sake. Forgive me of my sins, take over my life, make me Your child and let Your peace reign over my life. Thank you for saving me.Ã‚Â Now I know I am born again!
