The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Gates of Praise Chapel LP 55 and Emmanuel Parish, zonal headquarters under Ogun Province 3, Ota celebrated its 2022 family weekend in grand styleThe 4-day event started on Thursday, November 17 and ended on Sunday, November 20.In a statement, Pastors Tokunbo Ireola and Amos Adesola said that the Family weekend is a season for the family and an event where the children, teenagers, youth and young adults’ and elders come together as a body.The Zonal Pastor of Emmanuel Parish, Pastor Abiodun Layinka before the event said that members would enjoy the annual programme which touches on the various aspects of family life.“We are going to talk about the day-to-day situations in our various homes and how to deal with family issues with children, adults and so it will be interesting and educational,” he said.Pastor Mrs. Oyeladun Layinka also added that there would be question and answer sessions to further shed light on various issues affecting homes. “We are going to answer all the questions.The members will put their questions in the basket and it is not compulsory to add their names. We will deal with all of these because many issues are bothering people and they cannot say it out,” she said.The Family weekend is an annual national programme in the calendar of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) and it is marked across the various RCCG parishes.The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) is a Pentecostal megachurch and denomination founded in Lagos, Nigeria. The General overseer (most senior pastor) is Enoch Adeboye, ordained in 1981.The RCCG was founded in 1952 by Rev.
