On Sunday, Eberechi Eze scored three goals in Arsenal’s 4–1 victory over Tottenham, marking his first senior career hat-trick and the club’s first in a North London derby since 1978.

Eberechi Eze revealed that his hat-trick was the result of prayer: “I prayed for it today… a hat-trick, and God gave it to me. That’s faith, man,” he told reporters.

He pointed to the sky after his third goal, later explaining that he felt God’s hand in the moment.
