Globally celebrated worship music icon, Don Moen, has released Worship Today with Don Moen.“Worship Today with Don Moen” features Don’s interpretations of some of the most popular praise and worship songs, including “10,000 Reasons (Bless the Lord),” “What A Beautiful Name,” “In Christ Alone,” “How Great Is Our God,” and many more. With a worldwide audience, Don is excited about taking these beloved songs to an even broader audience.Reflecting on the project, Don shared, “During my time at Integrity Music, a big part of my job was to pick great songs. Over the years, I learned that simple melodies and lyrics with a Gospel message can transcend generations, denominations, and cultures. These songs resonate with the listener and eventually reach the church all over the world. Worship Today with Don Moen features songs that have become modern anthems in our churches along with a new generation of songs that I believe will be sung for years to come.”According to Don Moen, God put him on this planet, “To be an architect who designs products and events that help people experience God’s presence in a new and fresh way.”And in more than three decades of ministry, he’s had lots of opportunities to fulfil that purpose. His discography reflects his passion to create resources for the church that lead people into an honest and intimate relationship with the Lord. In 2002, his peers recognized that lifelong commitment and presented him with the Ray DeVries Church Ministry Award.Don has also received a Dove Award for his work on the musical “God With Us” and has received multiple Dove Award nominations for his songs, CDs and choral resources.In addition to his writing and recording, Don makes time to tour domestically and abroad and has performed with artists such as Chris Tomlin, Twila Paris, Sara Groves and Paul Baloche to name a few.
