Pastor Nomthi encouraged the congregation of the October 22 Sunday service that as covenant children of God, they are entitled to the promise of God in Amos 9:13 which also is the Promise for the Week.Using the illustration of the board game Snake & Ladder, she explained that when God’s blessings come on His children, they defy the natural protocol of going round the normal road, but speedily accelerate to the top-just as the ladder does for the player in the game.She also noted that God will not allow the enemies, which she likened to the snakes, to destroy such blessings. “This is how things will happen so fast for you,” she said.
