In addition to the musical performances, the event will also include a fundraising segment. The funds raised will be dedicated to various youth programs and initiatives within the church, aimed at nurturing and empowering the next generation. These programs focus on education, mentorship, and personal development, providing young people with the tools and support they need to succeed.
“The building is very old, and as you can imagine, maintaining it is an ongoing challenge,” Rev Reid said.
“We’re committed to keeping the church in good condition, not only for the people who use it now but for future generations as well.
The upcoming carol service is a wonderful way for the community to come together to support this work and the Anthony Nolan Trust, which is such an important cause.”
