Tim Tebow: ‘God Will Never Waste Your Pain When You Give it to Him’

By Church News

Author and sports analyst Tim Tebow say pain in life can have a purpose if Christians trust God and “give it to Him.”Tebow, an ESPN analyst and a former professional football and baseball player in an Instagram post said that pain in life – whether heartache, disappointment, setbacks in the workplace, or the loss of a loved one – can be used by God if Christians trust Him.“God will never waste your pain when you give it to Him,” Tebow said, crediting his sister for the phrase. “You see, guys, even in the midst of our pain, there’s still purpose. There is purpose in the pain. And there can be purpose in your pain.”Tebow has a new video Bible study, Mission Possible, that helps individuals find their mission in life. In the Instagram post, Tebow said a “mission possible” life is “not pain-free.”“There’s still meaning, and there still can be great significance,” Tebow said. “When we look at all the heroes of the Bible, almost every single one of them — through their pain was a great purpose. And when they continued to take the next step, eventually, there was a great impact.“So if you’re going through pain, adversity, setbacks and heartache, know that when you keep trusting God, and you give that pain to Him, He can create purpose in it. And I believe He will, and I believe He wants to. God will never waste the pain when you give it to Him,” Tebow said. The Mission Possible video course, according to its website, reflects Tebow’s belief that a “truly meaningful life is not more comfort or ease, but a clear mission. “There’s purpose in your pain,” Tebow continued.Tim Tebow was also an executive producer along with his older brother Robby Tebow, and an actor in his first movie Run the Race which was released on February 22, 2019, in the U.S.ALSO READ Khari Willis Abandons NFL For Advancement Of The Gospel Of Jesus Christ
