Joseph Habedank earns his 20th GMA Dove Award nomination. The honour comes as part of the 56th Annual GMA Dove Awards, recognizing excellence in Christian and Gospel music.

Habedank’s latest nomination is for his album I’m Free: Songs That Wrote My Story, released by Gaither Music Group in August 2024. Nominated in the Southern Gospel Album category, the 12-track project though not written by him, they mirror his life story, his church upbringing, struggles, and nightly testimony through music.

The album was produced by Matthew Holt and Kevin Williams. Habedank expressed himself saying, “I didn’t realize that this marked my 20th nomination until someone at GMA pointed it out to me.

“I can’t adequately express how very thankful I am. So much hard work goes on behind the scenes… we’ve been able to produce some incredible music together to glorify the One who deserves all the praise”.
